Clean rooms, well functioning facilities, comfortable microwave

The shower door could close better to avoid a wet floor!!! Improve soundproofing since I was woken up multiple times by noise!!! Gaps in reception seating area lead to awkward interactions and hindered enjoyment of the fireplace!!!

We really enjoyed almost everything, had stellar experience.

The room they gave us was new-fashioned and spotless with contemporary touches, comfy beds, for example. A roll-in shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were available there. The location was great and comfortable, right across the street from the police station, it's a plus.

The location offered a lovely view of the city that was amazing. The staff, particularly Pat from housekeeping, provided great service and were always friendly. The queen room was spacious enough for our family. The river view is a good feature that enhances the overall experience.

Breakfast hours felt limited, especially after a late Saturday night out.

The hotel was modern and neat with complimentary wi-fi. The staff was very friendly and professional, I'm grateful for their help. The room was a nice size and well furnished, beds were comfortable - I enjoyed the place. The location of the property was reasonable, in a nice area.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially how the room had a fridge and a cool coffee machine, made mornings easy. The indoor pool was perfect, and I loved soaking up the sun on the loungers outside. The only downside was that parking did have a fee, but it was super convenient to have that option available 😊

Convenient location close to the ferry and Fort Lee; easy access to Times Square and the surrounding area. Only a short 3 km away from a unique shrine. 🚶‍♂️.

Had a lovely stay! The modern decor is amazing and those cozy common areas were perfect for relaxing. We loved the Starbucks right in the lobby which was super convenient! I’d definitely choose this place again.

All was perfect.

The stay here was great for the weekend, so comfortable that I would have stayed longer, especially pleased with having a private bathroom.

The King Room was spacious and super clean. I loved the modern vibe and the view of the Hudson River was a nice bonus. The bed was really comfy,. They even had a fridge and microwave, which came in handy. It's well-functioning since it's only a few years old. The thin walls made it possible to hear some noise from neighbors, so maybe bring earplugs just in case.
